What is Soul Mechanics™?
Soul Mechanics™ is an interpretive framework I created inside Shadow & Spirit to help you understand what may be active in the energy around you and how you might respond. It brings together astrology, psychology, intuitive insight, energetic patterns, ritual, and natural rhythms.
These tools are mirrors. They can help show the energetic tone of the moment, the patterns that may be coming to the surface, and the kind of support that may be useful as you move through it.
The purpose is awareness so you can choose how you want to engage with the energy and exercise your own free will.
The Reason
Why I Created It
Soul Mechanics™ was born from my personal journey of learning that there is choice in the space between what is happening around us and how we respond to it.
I first understood that through psychology: the patterns, behaviors, reactions, and protective responses we develop over time. But I also came to understand it spiritually, through energy, timing, intuition, and the way certain themes seem to rise to the surface when we are being asked to see them differently.
The Heart of It
You are not powerless inside the energy around you.
Soul Mechanics™ is built around choice. The energy may describe a pattern, a timing, a feeling, or a theme, but it does not remove your agency.
You get to decide how you want to respond. You get to decide what supports you. You get to decide when to move, when to pause, and when to leave something alone until it becomes clearer.
That is the work. Not control. Not fear. Not prediction.
