Thank you for shopping with Shadow & Spirit, LLC. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Digital Products

All Shadow Signature™, Soul Mechanics™, astrology, tarot, ritual guide, planner, reading, and other digital products are custom, made-to-order, or delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed or work has begun.

Corrections for Digital Orders

If you need to correct order details, such as your name, birth data, email address, or other information needed to complete your digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or before work begins.

We will do our best to update the information before your order is completed.

Digital Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following within 7 days of purchase, please contact us and we will resend or replace your file at no charge:

  • You did not receive the download link.
  • The file is corrupted or will not open.
  • You were accidentally charged twice.

Physical Products

Shadow & Spirit may sell physical products, including ritual tools, crystals, incense, oils, herbs, spiritual supplies, and other metaphysical goods.

Some physical products may be fulfilled by trusted third-party supplier partners. This means certain items may ship separately, arrive in separate packages, or follow supplier-specific fulfillment and return requirements.

Returns for Physical Products

Returns for physical products must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us first at kristie@shadowandspiritllc.com. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Some items may need to be returned to a specific supplier address, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened, if sealed
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition it was received

Non-Returnable Physical Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on:

  • Opened oils, sprays, bath products, herbs, incense, or ritual blends
  • Used spiritual tools or ritual kits
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

We will review the issue and work with the supplier or shipping partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed or work has begun.

Physical product orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or sent to fulfillment. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order, a damaged item, or another issue approved by Shadow & Spirit, LLC.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to an approved fulfillment error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
