Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on the type of product ordered.

Custom, made-to-order, digital, or personalized items may take longer. Please check the individual product description for specific processing or delivery timeframes.

Physical Products

Shadow & Spirit, LLC may sell physical products, including ritual tools, crystals, incense, oils, herbs, spiritual supplies, metaphysical goods, printed items, and other physical products.

Some physical products may be fulfilled directly by trusted third-party supplier partners. This means certain items may ship from a partner supplier, may arrive in separate packages, and may have different processing or shipping timelines.

Third-Party Fulfilled Orders

Some items in our shop are fulfilled by partner suppliers. When you purchase these items:

  • Your order may ship directly from a trusted supplier.

  • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

  • Processing and delivery times may vary by supplier.

  • Packaging may vary depending on the fulfillment partner.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the available shipping method.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, supplier processing times, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Shadow & Spirit, LLC primarily ships within the United States unless otherwise noted on a product page or at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for standard U.S. shipping is typically 3–10 business days after processing, depending on the product, supplier, carrier, and destination.

Expedited shipping may be available for certain items at checkout, but availability is not guaranteed for all products.

International Shipping

International shipping is not guaranteed for all products.

If international shipping is available at checkout, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or local regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label is created.

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shadow & Spirit, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at kristie@shadowandspiritllc.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, submitted to a supplier, or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, staffing, customs, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Shadow & Spirit, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen after delivery. If theft is suspected, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, delivery carrier, or building management.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

We will review the issue and work with the supplier or shipping partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Digital Products

Digital products, including readings, reports, planners, guides, downloads, Soul Mechanics™ materials, and other electronic resources, are delivered by email, download link, or digital access method.

You will not receive a physical item for digital products.

Some digital products may be delivered immediately after payment, while custom readings, reports, or made-to-order digital items may require additional processing time. Please check the product description for specific delivery details.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both digital and physical products, digital items may be delivered separately from physical items.

If your order includes products fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment methods, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
