Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folders.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Custom Readings, Reports, and Services

Custom readings, reports, astrology-based products, ritual guides, or other personalized services may require you to provide accurate information, such as birth date, birth time, birth location, name, email address, or other order details.

You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate at the time of purchase.
